Idea #3 - A Home Gym - If you want to get fit but you never have the time to hit the gym, then you may want to turn your basement into your own home gym. You'll be all set and ready to go if you just add gym equipment and a TV or radio to work out with. You accomplish two things at once: Your basement gets used for something, and it helps you lose some extra weight.
