Portable Pop Up Displays To Solve All Your Exhibit Worries
Portable pop up displays can be a real boon for those doing trade show and convention exhibiting on a smaller scale. Perhaps the greatest part of using pop up portable displays is the ease of portability without special shipping or packing concerns. If the team on the exhibit circuit is just a couple of representatives, or even just one, a great display is easy to transport and set up when portable pop up exhibits are chosen.
Exhibit displays fall into three main categories, the first and simplest being the portable pop up displays we will discuss in detail. The other main types are modular displays, which are a bit more complicated and costly, which are nearly as portable as pop ups. These simulate custom work and can be easy to assemble, but must usually be crated and shipped by common carriers. Custom displays are more elaborate, harder to set up and far more expensive.
Conventional displays are cumbersome and a whole team of workers need to haul it up. Moreover, the space requirements might not be met by everyone. On the other hand, pop up displays are portable and can be easily carried, thanks in part to the ease of disassembling and then reassembling it. They can be carried in a SUV or pick-up van whereas a conventional display needed a huge truck.
The appearance of portable pop up displays is quite variable. The sections can be fabric covered, plastics, or nearly anything for the desired effect. A common way to assemble the panel overlays and the sections is the use of magnets which quickly and simply tie sections together.
Many pop-up units can form familiar looking booths, but others are very visually striking, and can form geometric shapes and other patterns which can immediately grab the notice and interest of passersby. Don't simply assume that just because a display exhibit fits in a box that it has to look like it!
The possibilities are numerous for pop up portable displays, but the majority of them will set up into places ranging from about 8' to 20.' For the exhibit, first the rear "wall"is created to set up the framework and then they can be used for posters, graphics or whatever is needed through various panels that are attached to it.
There are many factors to consider when deciding between portable pop up displays. One factor to keep in mind is cost. Even the least expensive options - that still look professional - can cost thousands of dollars. The number of parts required for your display is another thing to take into account. It is better to choose a brand that requires the fewest parts for two reasons: a quicker start up and minimal loss of needed parts.
Finally, the choice of which product to buy depends on the look you desire. Some companies may offer great traditional booths, but not the modern, hexagonal work of art exhibit you have in mind. Find the display that meets your vision to present your product as well as one that meets your budget and assembly skills.
Of the three main types of exhibits and displays, portable pop up displays are understandably preferred by many, if not most, exhibitors because of their reputation for being simple and cost-effective. Available in eye-catching colors and designs, pop up portable displays streamline the formerly cumbersome processes of setting them up, breaking them down, and shipping them when done. Given that they are so easy to deploy, and that they are still just as customizable, many trade show and convention exhibitors may be well served to consider using portable pop up exhibits in their next booth.
